Shipping policy

Any delivery costs will be as itemized on the website in your order purchase and will be calculated and added onto your order total to pay when and if applicable.

Delivery costs are generally only added on to lower value orders , this changes during sale times when prices are low and profit margins lower.

We aim to deliver same or next day

We now ship all our orders via EMS(ePacket).

Please note :

• Shipping time takes 1 to 3 weeks so please be patient!
• Shipping costs when applied are non-refundable - unless an item were faulty
• A specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified by us.
• If you choose to change the stated delivery address we cannot be held responsible for any mishap of any kind.
